Ecoglamour (Eco-Glamour) is a fashion, art and music festival, three disciplines that act as a mean through which to invite to raise awareness of what is happening in the world; we wish to pay tribute to life in the planet and to ecology in a glamorous and fun way. And what a better way to do it than trough these three disciplines, with Tulum's unique style and mystical ambiance, and with an original event without precedents in the region.

Eco Glamour 2010 Fashion Day hosted at Blue Tulum Golf & Spa Resort.

EcoGlamour Fashion Shows found the perfect luxury oceanfront location.

Blue Tulum Hotel hosted this event; being one of Tulum's small luxury and most fashionable hotels, opened its doors for us to meet recognized national and local designers who presented an array of eco-chic proposal on their designs & creations; to a select roster of VIP Guests, members of the Mexican fashion industry and to the specialized press and media; including Fashion TV, Telemundo & Telehit TV Channels and Life-Style Mag 'Quinta Magazine'.

Two fashion shows took place in the runway; the first one was a cooperative brands show by 'Casa Chiapas' that presented its haute-couture designs inspired on the Mexican State of Chiapas traditional customs and beauty. Besides, 'Roxy' brand, who will be showing urban/surfer clothing for this season.

To continue with this great party dedicated to fashion, we will carry on with the invited designers' show, Macario Jimenez, a big fashion power-house from Mexico City, Erica Flores, León Felipe and Ileana Sánchez, residents of this beautiful Yucatan Peninsula, who will be showing their collections created under a eco-chic trend proposal, aligned to the festival's essence.

Music, light, beautiful collections and models played in perfect harmony to provide us an Eco-glamorous fashion show in an enviable location.

After the fashion shows; specialized press and media, models, designers, tourists and residents continued to enjoy this celebration with the beats of an excellent guest DJ in the Blue Martini Lounge & Bar (inside the Blue Tulum Hotel) where the party continued into the hours of the night.
